They advise hoteliers and restaurateurs, support them in their social media presence and in dealing with the press. The power couple also designs supporting programs for gourmet festivals, tourism regions and trade fairs.
Gorsche was also editor-in-chief of the trade magazine Falstaff Profi from 2014 to the end of 2024. She works as a presenter and brand ambassador for top-class networks and companies such as HOST Milano.
ALEXANDRA GORSCHE & HEIMO G. JESSENKO HAVE BEEN THE PERFECT MATCH WHEN IT COMES TO CULINARY LIFESTYLE FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS.
In 2015, Alexandra Gorsche and Heimo G. Jessenko launched the Falstaff Young Talents Cup – a visionary young talent competition for the hotel and restaurant industry that has had a lasting impact on the sector. By the end of 2024, they had not only established this unique format, but also turned it into an institution that set new standards.
The most promising young talents were discovered, promoted and presented on a renowned stage in the bar, vegetable cuisine, pâtisserie, host and kitchen categories. The development of a top-class network has become a decisive factor in the success of this extraordinary event series, which brings together talents, experts and visionaries in a unique way.
Their book ‘Die schönsten Restaurants & Bars 2023’, published by Callwey Verlag in 2023, was awarded a silver medal by the Gastronomische Akademie Deutschland (GAD) at the 57th Literary Competition in 2023.
