The power couple also designs supporting programmes for gourmet festivals, tourism regions and trade fairs.

Gorsche is also editor-in-chief of the specialist magazine Falstaff Profi, works as a presenter and as a brand ambassador for high-calibre networks and companies such as HOST Milan.

ALEXANDRA GORSCHE & HEIMO G. JESSENKO HAVE BEEN THE PERFECT MATCH WHEN IT COMES TO CULINARY LIFESTYLE FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS.

In 2015, Alexandra Gorsche and Heimo G. Jessenko launched the Falstaff Young Talents Cup, a unique competition to promote young talent in the hotel and catering industry.

Every year, the best young talents are challenged and promoted in the categories of bar, vegetable kitchen, pâtisserie, host and kitchen. Building a high-calibre network is a key component of this extraordinary event series.

Their book ‘Die schönsten Restaurants & Bars 2023’, published by Callwey Verlag in 2023, was awarded a silver medal by the Gastronomische Akademie Deutschland (GAD) at the 57th Literary Competition in 2023.
