They advise hoteliers and restaurateurs, support brands in their professional presence across social media and press relations, and develop bespoke side programs and concepts for food festivals, tourism regions and international trade fairs.
Alexandra Gorsche is an internationally active moderator and speaker, as well as a brand ambassador for high-profile networks and companies – including HOST Milano – and together they serve as publishers of Genusspunkt magazine and, since 2025, as heads of the Culinary Department of the international bookazine stayinart.
In 2025, they launched the successful talent competition Taste of Tomorrow, followed in 2026 by the unique award series Heroes of Tomorrow.

how IT STARTED
The shared professional journey of Alexandra Gorsche and Heimo G. Jessenko began at the gastronomy trade magazine Oscars, where Alexandra Gorsche served as Editor-in-Chief. They subsequently founded the platform Genusspunkt and the agency JeGo, driven by a clear ambition to rethink and professionally stage culinary culture, hospitality and communication.
From 2014 to 2024, Gorsche also held the position of Editor-in-Chief of the trade magazine Falstaff Profi and, from 2015 to 2023, served as Managing Partner.
In 2015, Alexandra Gorsche and Heimo G. Jessenko launched the Falstaff Young Talents Cup – a visionary talent competition for hospitality and gastronomy that left a lasting impact on the industry. By the end of 2024, they had established the format as a recognised institution and benchmark for talent development.
Their publication “The Most Beautiful Restaurants & Bars 2023” (Callwey Verlag), released in 2023, was awarded a Silver Medal by the German Gastronomic Academy (GAD) at the 57th Literary Competition.
Since 2025, the focus has been on the consistent expansion of their own media, event and brand formats. With Taste of Tomorrow, they established a future-oriented competition for the next generation of gastronomy, followed in 2026 by Heroes of Tomorrow, an award honouring young hosts, chefs and visionaries distinguished by attitude, innovation and responsibility.
Since 2025, Genusspunkt has also been published as a high-quality e-paper and print magazine, appearing three times a year in German and English, with an international outlook and a clear focus on culinary culture, hospitality, design and contemporary enjoyment.
Today, the agency JeGo positions itself as a strategic partner for companies, tourism destinations and brands within the culinary and hospitality sectors. Its core expertise lies in communication strategy, content and media work, event and competition formats, and the professional staging of brands, people and ideas – always guided by journalistic standards, a clear stance and measurable impact.
